After spending many years working in and learning about the swimming pool industry Brandon and Darci decided it was time to venture out on their own. Together in 1999, they started Water's Edge Pools, a quality oriented construction company that specializes in custom-built pools. From simple yet elegant to awe inspiring, their pools will turn your home into the "paradise" you so richly deserve.
Even before they opened their doors for business Brandon and Darci knew they did not want to become another numbers driven pool company. They were more interested in catering to the much smaller market of clients whom demanded a much higher standard of quality. That's why excellent workmanship, superior quality and unsurpassed customer service are the cornerstone of this locally owned family enterprise.
Brandon (working in the industry since 1993) approaches each pool as if it is his only project. He will visit with you at your convenience to better help the design process. During this stage of pre-construction he will listen extensively to your wants, needs and wishes. Brandon will then guide you through the decisions that are required, and based upon those choices, he will design what he believes you expect as the finished product. Upon your acceptance he will create and submit cad-drawings for building department approval. He will then keep you informed of the approval process, allowing you to better understand timeframe constraints or problems that may arise. Once all permits are in place construction will begin.
During the construction phase, Brandon's hands-on approach will reinforce the knowledge that you have indeed chosen the best company for your needs. He will be involved in every aspect and phase of pool construction. Sometimes you may see him on the Bobcat or with a shovel in hand. At other times he will be with local inspectors or supervisors for subcontractors discussing technical aspects that need addressed. Near the end of the project he will be around to fine tune equipment, address your concerns or answer any questions you may have.
Darci, on the other hand, is always in the background making sure that the company continues to operate in a fiscally responsible manner. She went to work for her Dad (a pool construction contractor himself) at a very early age. Starting as an office aide she would file papers, answer phones and perform whatever other office duties were assigned to her. Through the years she worked her way up to General Manager, becoming an integral part of her father's business. This unique industry perspective has given Darci the solid foundation of management skills necessary to, not only help Water's Edge Pools compete and survive in today's market but also to grow and prosper.
Together they are The Dynamic Duo of the swimming pool industry and are well positioned to impact the valley market for many years to come.
